The joys of 3D printing (old brocock pistol carbine conversion)

When all else fails, it's a pretty useful medium. Can also be used to make casting molds. My printer went down for about 6 months. My life has been pretty busy, but I got a new main board, compiled some new firmware, and she's back at it. First item was a .30 SST for my Crown. Next up was a trigger shoe and guard for my Brocock Grand Prix. This pistol is pretty old, and the trigger shoe just does not position right in this contour S6 stock. I tried sourcing factory parts, but Brocock stopped replying. I don't think they had the parts or were able to find them. I got lucky with the stock from AOA, and was the last spare one I could find available in North America. The action is direct drop in, just needs a longer bolt for the stock. I've also fitted a much stiffer hammer spring, and shortened it to eleminate hammer bounce. MUCH quieter, and also a lot more efficient.
