DAYSTATE REPORT

I am lucky as I own all of Daystates rifles apart from the new Red Wolf I have how ever been loaned one by a good friend. I have compared it against all my other Daystate rifles both electric and mechanical.

I honestly thought it would out shoot the electric ones as it has a more advanced computer board. Was I right nope not at all, I got more shots out of it but that was due to the Carbon Bottle. Distance wise the only one it out shot was my Oro with a better grouping going to the Wolf.

As to the mechanical guns it was all over them in shot count even against my Wolverine R type and accuracy wise but strangely not my Saxon I’m blessed it must have been a good day when my Saxons barrel was made.

i have thought long and hard about buying a Wolf but really am not see the need as my other DS electric one do the job just as well.

One more thing before I forget my friends Wolf has had issues electric wise since day one and is constantly going back to the dealer.

Daystate are really flying ahead with their rifles now I just hope that they do not get to far ahead of them selves and have to big selection of rifles. With large order books there is a chance of QC slipping due to pressure in relation to shipping dates.

if spending a large amount of money you need to ask your self why you want the rifle and what discipline you shoot. I’ve taken a long hard look at what I shoot and have settled on my R type as my go to DS. How ever hunting wise my I have to stop myself from picking up my BSA R 10.
