I read somewhere in one of the threads that there had been an update to the software, will the programmer also update the software or is it something else thats needed.

Hi Dan, no you need a MELABS programmer, the patch lead and the DAYSTATE software (HEX FILE 92RW_15V) I had heard AOA can do this for you, perhaps call them and ask?

Well it looks like some of the guys REDWOLF's have needed some parts replacing at aound the 2 year/10,000 shots mark!
Once done ES and performance tightened up, so for you guys with RW's approaching that perhpas it's time to send them bakc to AOA for a service with Don?

My RW Safari .22 HP is also shooting great at 970 FPS on medium with the MRDs. I’m not at the two year mark yet, but do you know what AoA typically performs as part of the 2-year service? Assume replace all O-rings, but what else do they do?

I would think they just check the key components for wear, the older guns had a wave spring in front of the safety catch which on the high power stuff just disintegrates, so has been replaced by an O ring, the valve pin fit in the core is critical and this can wear over time, as can the valve core itself along with the PEEK seal.
The screws that hold the safety catch in the block should be checked regularly on high power RW, plus make sure you have the hardened hammer fitted.
I have seen the coil legs break on one gun but this is very unusual, but worth checking if the gun comes apart for a service.
The good thing is none of these parts are very costly to replace.

OK I think i am getting a handle on this ? Got the ES down to 14 w/SD of 4 , 40 shots @ 905 fps average . Will check accuracy and go from there. 25 cal. with 33.95's

That's excellent news trlrman, thanks for letting us know! what is your low pressure point on that curve?
IMO 860 with the 33.95's is still the best place for accuraccy at long range and you should be able to get 70+ shots easily at that speed, you could make 860 your mid power curve!

I'm down around 160 bar LPP and get 80 shots at 860FPS with a spread of 19FPS (unweighed pellets) probably could tighten it up a touch but it's great anyways!

Will fine tune on the redwolf , but did get the 30cal safari down to a ES of 18 w/SD of 4 on a 101 shot string @863 FPS . this was on 3 fills . 4 magazines per fill with 7 shots not reading on the chrony and never seeing below 194 bar .

So trlman, you had to refill the gun with air "three times" to get 101 shots did I read that right?
To put that into perspective I constructed a progam the other day for my .30 SAFARI and I get 70 shots at 851 FPS AVE with a lower ES, from one fill and TBH I have not yet bothered to tighten the ES up! 851FPS would probalby be 20-30FPS faster in the USA with your weather etc.
So you should definitely experiment!

pm me your #'s to try please .edit: I guess I should have checked just went out and got 62 shots off 1 fill before needing to use holdover . But I would still like to see your settings to compare with. This is all new tech for this country boy !
