The best airgun ever made.

.22 Cricket mini Carbine. Small, lightweight, reliable, easy cocking, easy to shoot bench, prone, and off hand, efficient, great trigger, very tunable, accurate, quiet, simple to work on, and very good looking...

Sorry but I have to say that gun is another design misfit IMO, but as long as you like it that is the only thing that is important!

Would you care to elaborate? I own this gun, and happen to think it’s the cat’s meow, and that’s the only thing that’s important to me. But, if you are gonna say it’s a “design misfit” at least list a couple reasons. Maybe, just maybe, someone will learn something and avoid making an expensive mistake.

I like it because you don't have to take it out of the stock to adjust the hammer spring like my carbines. And I had a field target buddy who used to think my Cricket Carbine was butt ugly? Beauty is in the eye of the butt holder ;-)

I'll trade ya my Firecracker for it ;-)

Idk about beat airgun ever made. But the best PCP airgun ever made is clearly the Benjamin marauder. It was the first affordable PCP airgun. Accurate. Powerful. Lots of shots per fill. Multi shot. And super quiet. Like mouse fart quiet in .177 and .22. the Benjamin marauder is and will always be the best PCP ever made.

Ha ha, I'm with you bro! But, IDK about best now. The Marauders did start the PCP revolution though. I have two of them. One in .22 cal and the other a .25 cal. They are both heavily modified with light weight air tubes and hammers. The .22 has a hammer forged barrel, and the .25 is regulated with .220 porting. They are both now awesome and very powerful and accurate.

I also have an American Air Arms Slayer. The Marauders are way behind when I try and stack them up against the Slayer. However, they are my guns and I can call all of them my best PCP guns today.

I'm willing to entertain ideas from anyone who says a certain airgun is the best, as long as they have thought it through. That's very different from a knee-jerk "nuh-uh, mine is better than yours!" kind of "argument" that we sometimes see. I don't have enough experience to have an opinion yet, but I do have an Impact MKII on order...we'll see how it does. If I don't like it I'll sell it and try something else.

I agree, I don’t think any one air rifle for every one is the best. I really liked by Seneca Sumatra .22 I’ve had several of the rifles for me this one has been my best. I have a 2 inch bell I made and I can consistently ring it at 100 yards for me that is awesome. Also I’ve never had any problems with it. Even though it’s not regulated I get extremely consistent groups. I like the power I like the looks I like the fact that I can shoot pretty much any pellet I put through it, again for me it is my best And I will never get rid of this rifle.

My favorite one of a kind 20mm/ 82 cal. great way to spend a couple hours shooting and shooting and grinning at the feeble targets you brought. Launching a 1750 grain slug just has a way of making ones day. Great power and accuracy for the caliber, yep Mr. Ted signed it last year, serial number 1 of 1, Got lucky is great gun to shoot so make its my favorite.
