Wow. You could sit in a tree stand and still shoot a hog point blank.

Congrats, would be interesting to see a video on how quiet it is now, been thinking of doing that to mine but haven’t pulled the trigger yet.

Good Lord Goose! That is a beast for sure. Good luck with it. I always wanted one but i sold my hunting/shooting property and dont have a place to shoot such a monster anymore. Are you going to test it out in the basement? If so be careful. Are you going to hunt with it or just benchrest?

That thing looks longer than my Kentucky rifle.

No basement shooting with this bad boy. It is off to the range where I can do 50 and 100 yards (or further). Eventually I would like to hunt with it.

I agree, you could just swat at a goose with that monster and save your ammo for later.

I was concerned about all the weight of such a suppressor hanging off my Texan barrel. So I went with Neil Clague's Shroud.  Takes a minute to install or uninstall, and feels pretty balanced still. I suspect it will also stiffen up the barrel.

Kinda reminds me of my marlin 120 with the 40inch barrel. I use to dove hunt with it!

I know the Texan is 48" without some of the gizmos you have on the muzzle. So how long does your's measure with all the gizmos attached?

    The "gizmos" add another 17".

Silly question maybe.. but why not just go w/ the texan SS ? Im guessing higher velocities from the barrel length ?
