Pyramid Air did me right today, BIG TIME! I called to get the dimensions of the breach o-ring and the barrel o-ring on my Kral .22 Puncher. The breach ring is MIA and the barrel rings are in need of replacement. The service technician put me on hold for almost 9 seconds - before she came back and told me that the parts were in the mail and there was no charge. Then she explained to me how the o rings are measured and provided me with the needed description to find the parts locally or on line.
I got a lot more than service today. I was given the knowledge to go along with it too.
