All,
Just wanted to drop a note and say thank you to everyone that made EBR possible this year, this was my first EBR and what a blast! While I didn’t shoot great on the bench (203/203), I met a ton of people and learned a lot!
AOA… you guys rock! Your crew was always busting their ass to ensure people got what they needed. I also have to say thanks to Mike (@centercut), Bill (@crusher), James (@masterho), Carl (@oregun) and Monte and the FX Crew. You guys shared a ton of knowledge and helped make this a great experience for me. So much to work on before next year! Yep, I said it… next year!!! J
Mike, congrats on the wins this year! You killed it brother.
So now for the confession…
For those that were at the banquet and the others that will see it on the video, there was a really cool bottle of bourbon being given away for the Pellet Challenge. They said someone would have won it had they not put “2” pellets in the box. That idiot was me! I was shooting sighters on a target to the right of the box and the wind got me. At 75 yards I couldn’t tell if the pellet broke the line or not but decided to shoot at the pellet anyways (nothing to lose at that point). A closer look at the target and it’s pretty obvious… no bourbon for me! -Dave
