Looking at purchasing the Texan SS Condor 25 cal. I Would like to here from owners of this Rifle. I will be hunting small size game and predators give me you thought on how this rifle performs. Thanks

I have had one for several years and love that rifle. I have mine set up shooting the JSB heavies at at about 56 fpe. But you can get them shooting about 80 fpe if needed. Very accurate out to 100 yards. Did the golf ball challenge out to 175 yards no problem.
Mine also shoots the H&N Grizzlies very well out to 100 yards. (Just dont wash or lube them) For some reason all accuracy is lost when this is done.
Washing and lubing the JSB pellets works great and helps keep your fingers cleaner due to the single loading.
I kept mine stock for a long time then I got a new but stock, Installed an (adjustable tophat best upgrade ever) and power spring an heavier hammer from Talon tunes. With slugs I believe I hit 90 fpe. I will try to find my data to confirm exact numbers. I havent been shooting at all for several months due to some family and health issues.
For the money you are getting a great gun. Powerful, accurate and light. Many options to upgrade if your a tinkerer. Im sure Im forgetting a lot of stuff so If you want message me and i will look up what I have.

The Texan is not .25 but .257 cal. The gun might shoot oversized pellets but was designed as a bullet shooter . If you don’t cast your own , you’ll want to get in touch with NSA for some bullets to test.
The Condor is a “pellet” caliber and will shoot the heaviest of pellets well and NSA can set you up with bullets for it also .

I have a standard Condor .25 cal and it is accurate and will create well over 100 fpe. Will shoot pellets and bullets.

Shooting the NOE 34gr cast pellets, and mostly this cast bullet from an NOE mold. The Condor SS does have shorter barrel so it will not produce quite as much power, so keep that in mind.
