Testing out the new H&N Heavy Slugs 34-40gr with my friend's Delta Wolf. We were running them at a lower speed 825fps and hopefully run them at a higher speed next time.

The 36gr gave us the best grouping at 50 yards, but I am sure the other grains would yield better result at different power setting. At least we know these slugs can be shot well around 825fps.

Very nice, Max. 

The targets below were shoot at 100 yards with my DW .25 caliber. I used NSA 29 grain dish based slugs at ~975 fps:

This last group was done with Zan 37 grain slugs. No adjustments were made to the tune:

@Centercut. I have read many suggestions that these slugs like to go fast. I will increase my reg pressure to run at 850 and 950 fps range when I get more supply of slugs. But at least my preliminary test at 800-825 fps yield good results at 50 yards with the 36gr.

@bamavet55. Thank you. That was an impressive group you got there, nice job. I can't wait to push these slugs faster and see if I, too, can get good groups. Thanks for watching.
