I don't see a hammer in the drawing. None. Only the beaver tail that extends over the web of the hand for recoil in a 1911. No hammer.

Tequila PCP Airgun

It is an exact copy of the 1911 gun. The gripe area has a lot of details and only can do it using a 5 axis CNC machine. Also the plenum volume is to big for the currents PCP pistols .The Tequila Gun has a 33 cc.

I hope start to machining the prototype pieces in 15 day, so I will testing it in one month. So in five weeks yours will heard, watching and reading the performance reports. The production in serie depends of the acceptance or reject of the gun.

Also this gun can attached a folding stock. And the suppressor can folding to save footprint and carry in a backpack.

According with me calculations, this gun should reach the following values using a 25.4 grains pellet:
30 shoots and 30 fpe
20 shoots and 35 fpe
I hope reach that values, I know that be hard to get them, but I am using other concepts in the hammer and transfers port.

The drawings look good, and appears will be highly functional hunting and target pistol if build tolerances are held high. What about offering a .25 caliber model with low shot count but big air power for tuning. It would sell better because there isn't as many of them in the market to complete with. There are many .177 and .22 pistols with good power, which a lot of competition for sales, but not so many .25 caliber (more sales for a successful business venture).

I was thinking add open sights but, I don want the design look antiestetic. So I decided add the a long picatiny rail to could be attached AR tactical flip up iron sights.
