The wind did not pick up till half way through the match and was less than normal. It really started to play hell with us when we went up top and were shooting the long range 115 yard cross canyon.
We were allowed only ten (10) shots at five clay birds. The first person to break all five stopped the round and won that set. The pictures show how the benches will be set up for the May championship. This will be much nicer but like always the wind makes you humble.

Several of us pulled out the rule book and cried foul because of bad pellets, road runners crossing the range and distracting us, or bad clay pigeons that must be made of epoxy or some such. Those excuses have been used up now, so you need to think up something better for next time. I was particularly miffed at JSB but could only get one person to even give a courtesy nod in sympathy. This is a really hard cruel bunch egged on by LD. I suspect he was Blackbeard in a past life!
