Talon Tunes

Its was Jan 2021. Being new to the PCP community I had a very broad range of questions and quite a bit of reservation about taking the leap into the intimidating, unfamiliar world of PCP airguns. I had been doing some research but it seemed like the further I dug the deeper and more confused I became. I just happened upon Talon Tunes website late one Friday and decided to send email through the "contact us" feature in an attempt to answer some questions that I had. On Saturday morning I received a phone call from Tony himself which completely surprised me. He took the time to reach out to me, a newb, and we spent a good 40min discussing hardware and resolving questions I had. By the time we were done I felt confident that I was ready to purchase and I knew Tony was the man I wanted to buy from which I think may have surprised him. Talon Tunes had multiple FX Impact in stock and the best I could tell during months of exploration, they were the first. I purchased the Impact X MKII .30 w/power plenum, 600mm, DonnyFL... and various accessories to include an a bad arss little 4500psi compressor, an Element Helix scope and Fx Chrony. Tony had all of this in stock and I kid you not, the fully tuned Impact and the whole package arrived at my door in 7 days. He even sited in the Helix and included so free pellets and t-shirt. The gun is amazing too! If someone know of another company (or owner) that can do that, I'd like to know about it. He took an email from an obvious newb, personally reached out to him on a Saturday, and with an hour equipped the newb with the knowledge it took to give him the confidence to make such a purchase.
