Take barrel out on Fx Royale

It's gonna be the first time i do it so i don't wanna damage something (like the o-rings). I know i have to loose the 3 screws on the top of the action, but if you have any recomendations before do it i would be grateful. It's necesary to unscrew the barrel like with the arrow version or it just can be pulled out? Do i need to use silicone on the o-rings to put the barrel back in, in order not to damage em? How tight they should be after the installation? Can i tight em in any order? How do i know it's perfectly aligned with the transfer port?
Too many questions maybe, but it's just to be sure not to screw it up :)

Super easy, I recommend completely removing the three screws. No need to unscrew the barrel, just pull it out carefully, although spinning the barrel as you pull might help some. Removing the screws will make replacing the barrel easier and will reduce the chances of damaging the brass fitting at the breech end of the barrel as it slides in and out. Also, when replacing the screws, make sure your action is closed first, the pellet probe is inserted back into the barrel and don't tighten the screw closest to the butt end of the gun too much as you again, don't want to damage the soft brass. I say to make sure the probe is inserted in the barrel so that if you accidentally screw it in a bit too tight you won't mush the brass piece out of shape. The inserted probe will help it to maintain it's shape. Once you've removed the barrel and you see how little there is to it, it won't be such an imposing task anymore. Good luck!!

Doesn't hurt to relube the orings before reinstalling the barrel.

Tolerances are so tight that the barrel will automatically line up with the breech.

Tighten front two screws first, tighten the screw closest to the butt last. Front screws can be fairly tight, rear screw only hand tighten lightly.

Hope that helps!

Yeah, just loosen the three screws and it will slide out. When you go back together with it, leave one screw out and look down in the hole and you'll be able to see the set screw indents in the barrel. Use that to line up the transfer port. Yup, just a little silicone grease and go slow when putting the barrel back in. I just snugged mine up slow and evenly. Also, it wouldn't hurt to make sure the magazine will slide back in like it did before you pulled the barrel before you do the final tightening. I can't remember which Royale I did but I got it a little too snug and had to loosen the set screws up and re-insert the magazine for fit.

I don't know why but the forum is not letting me rate you (unlike the armed goat profile). Apologies :(
