Accu-Tac has taken their BR-4 G2 and added a swivel feature to create the new "PC-4". Considering the performance I saw come out of the BR-4 G2, I went into this review with high expectations. The PC-4 didn't let me down!
The "PC" stands for "Pan and Cant". When you look at the construction, it's pretty obvious that they took the already proven design of the FC-G2 and shrank it down to create this smaller model. During my "Top Pics" review, I noted that the Atlas was the only one of my top 3 bipods that had the ability to Pan. If I had the PC-4 at that time, my top picks would have been altered. Looking back, I think I would have eliminated the Modular Evo. and placed the Atlas in 3rd.
Happy Shooting!
