If we are referring to the fill probe, I think the size is 4.47 x 1.78.

So are you saying to lubricate the probe with divers grease? Seems like a good way to collect dust and inject that right into the air tank. Still new at this PCP game lots of things to learn yet!

Clean and dry is fine. A slight amount of O ring grease is okay when fitting them, but wipe it essentially dry. If you insert the probe straight, there is no metal-to-metal contact, just the O rings, and there is not enough pressure or repetition to need lubrication. Again, it's important to insert it straight. These O rings should virtually never need replacing.
