Saw something zipping when shooting at my 40yrd target tonight. Turned off the light and grabbed my night time gun. The backstop for that target is a woodpile. I could see something bee-bopping around but no reflective eyes. When it hesitated I sent one, heard the pop and saw it get blown up under the wood. If it weren’t for slugs, their high BC and down range energy, shots on large predators like this would never be possible. On a serious note, I almost missed it. It must have been facing me and I unzipped it’s left side.
