Tactacam App

I'm having trouble with the Tactacam app. Particularly the settings page as seen in this pic. I have tried it in 3 different phones and they all look like this. This is in my Galaxy S10.

Anyone else using this app having this trouble?

Yikes not good. I just ordered a fts and I have a s10 as well. Hopefully it is a easy fix or a update needed.

I use the Tactacam on an S10 and I do not have that issue, but it looks like you font size is too big. I am not sure the app has an adaptable font. Go in your system and see if you can reduce the size of your fonts.

I was able to get the screen corrected, however I still have a problem with connecting and the camera freezing up. Each time it happens I have to remove the battery to start over.

My phone is indicating the Tactacam camera is connected, the app is showing it's connected, but it also shows a warning screen! I also noticed the app shown in their video has more options than the app available. I have tried deleting and re-downloading the app several times to no avail. Tactacam has been very quick with responding to my emails, but at this time, I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE SPENDING THEIR MONEY ON THIS UNTIL THEY FIX THEIR APP.

I've had the same problem with my Galaxy J7V and my new Galaxy A50 saying everything is connected but then the popup saying but I don't have any problem with my Galaxy Tablet

I will say again, Tactacam has been very responsive to my emails. I just received a second one today asking what SD card I'm using, so maybe they can fix this problem I can redact my statement. The jury is still out for now.

As fate would have it, I was originally going to buy a Sideshot, but my outdated camera had a cheap camera so I went this direction. Over the weekend my phone crapped out so I upgraded to the Galaxy S10 that has a great camera. Sideshot $200 vs Tactacam 4.0 $200 and the FTS $140.

I had the same problem with my S9. Tactacam rep told me to turn off the mobile data on my phone. After doing so the app connected perfectly. They know about the issue and are working on it. Hope this helps you out. Just remember to turn your mobile data back on when you are done in the app.
