I own a lot of scopes (midrange)...I have looked thru quite a few very expensive scopes.....I rarely come across a scope and just say "D*MN! I really like that!"

Well, I did with the Vector Taurus 4-24X50!...I can't describe in words how crystal clear that I think the glass is...And I love the reticle ...

To add to the collection, I also recently purchased a Blackhound 6-24X50.....let's put it this way...I wasn't floored by the Blackhound....

The pictures (IPhone), through the glass just dont do it justice!.....best part? About 315 bucks.... If in the market for a budget scope, I would take a good look at this one....

Where did you buy the Taurus for $315? I have been looking at it seriously for my Veteran.

Back at the beginning of June Dvor had them for $200 and I bought one. VERY nice scope for the money! CurlyWoods, this scope is currently residing on top of my Veteran Standard in 22. It works very nicely on the Vet!

I have never purchased from DVOR before. Anyone ever had issues with returns if there was a problem? Just wondering what others have experienced when dealing with them in the past.

Thanks for posting the return policy. Store credits only are a red flag for me. I like cheap, but not with strings.

No argument, I just couldn't pass it up for $200. I already had experience with a Vector scope (Marksman 4-16X44 FFP) and am very happy with that scope so when I saw the Taurus come up for $200 I jumped on it. The Taurus 4-24 has an MSRP of $429 FYI. Something else you might want to look at for your VET is the Marksman 4-16. I have one on my Hatsan Flash Pup and am very pleased with it. When I ordered mine direct from Vector USA I got 10% off for being a new customer and free shipping. Link to Marksman below. Yes, Optics Planet has it cheaper but it won't ship for 2 to 4 MONTHS! Buy it from Vector USA today and have it in a week!
