The Backstory: Airguns were made legal last year for big game in Michigan but those with shrouds, baffles or other suppression fell under the firearm suppression restriction and therefore not legal. This included the Bulldog .357.

Received this note today:

We did it! All suppressors are legal for hunting in Michigan now. The entire section in NRC law dealing with suppressors was deleted. Airguns of all types, even suppressed ones, can now be sold (without NFA restrictions) and used for all purposes, including target shooting and hunting, in Michigan. You pushed, we responded, and now it's fixed! Tom O'BrienMichigan Airgun Alliance

Many thanks to Tom & MAA for their efforts in making airguns legal for big game in the great state of Michigan!
