other than to be able to switch liners in the dreamline barrels are the streamline barrel twist the same as the dreamline?

just want to know if the twists are the same between the two rifles.dont want to switch any barrels.i know they both smooth twist barrels but are the twist rates the same?

Ohio the Dreamline has the stx barrel. My streamline has the smooth twist, i wouldn’t mind putting a stx barrel on it.

The FX .22 caliber Smooth Twist barrels were 1:16″.

The smooth twist is only rifled on the last 1 1/2 inches of the barrel. Mine pretty well just likes jsb 18.13s. I’ve never owned a stx but they are fully rifled and are supposed to shoot a wider range of ammo better. If I was looking at the dreamline I would probably go crown for more power potential. I have a 22 streamline, Uragan compact 22 and edgun r5m long 25. Really like all three for different reasons, but would trade my streamline for a crown continuum for the power and adjustments.

I have not tried the slugs in streamline but was told that they not shoot that well...I did however buy a dreamline classic in 25 cal. and as expected it shoots great...i not really into switching barrels so i bought another rifle.
