Straight Shooter Precision Airguns - great Air Arms support

It was great to find a Air Arms dealer that provides information on the phone and could tell me what they had in inventory and ready for immediate shipment. Only Airguns of Arizona provides any phone support which is far more efficient than waiting a couple days or more for an email response from Pryamyd Air and Air Depot or the rest of the larger Air Arms dealers.

The pandemic is being used as an excuse to reduce customer service people from staffs and let customers take it or leave it. I prefer to leave it and instead I look for businesses that still care about their customers.

Back when I first got started in air guns, I did all of my business through Straightshooters. I bought my Air Arms s410 from them. They gave excellent service. But when I looked them up I two days ago I found that virtually all of their merchandise was out of stock. I thought that perhaps they were out of business, but now it looks as if low stock is the norm for all the dealers...bummer.
