Still having FX impact trouble

Call FX or send another email with your mailing address requesting that they mail you a new C3 o-ring and a new delrin washer as well based on the loss of FPS, under warranty.

Also, let's do some experiments now to find the loss in FPS:

First, does the power wheel adjustment have the adjustment screw that is backed out (so the slide moves back and forth with your finger even with the wheel on the "max" setting)? If the slide moves back and forth with the wheel on max then you need to tighten the screw with a 1.5mm hex wrench until the slop is removed. Do you have more speed now?

Next, well get the gun soapy in specific areas and shoot it in a safe target while you are standing away from it so you can see bubbles at the shot:

Air up the bottle nearly full, load 1 pellet into the chamber and remove the magazine, and put soapy water on the front valve knob, on the rear of the valve stem at the valve housing, on the pellet probe where it seals at the barrel. Now shoot it while watching the rifle closely. Did it "blow bubbles" from any of these places?

Replace the c3 o ring. Just cause it doesnt look damage doesnt mean it isnt. Mine fx impact when from 850fps to 500 fps. The c3 o ring looks fine, but I replaced it anyways to a derlin washer. After putting everything together, shot over chrony and speed was 880fps. Actually gain so more fps. Change the c3 o ring. It's easy. No need to ship it in and wait weeks for it to get fix and sent back.

I have a FX impact in 25 cal. About two months ago the power drop from 850 FPS to 350 FPS , I’ve checked the c3 O ring like was suggested on this forum. I think it’s fine, so called FX USA, I also emailed them. I can’t get a response from them. Has anyone had this problem? The gun is under warranty and I just want it fixed

We're going to give you a call this morning and we'll get you taken care of. Look for a call within the hour

I’d suggest you keep trying them. I’ve actually had better luck on the phone than email. Sometimes my emails don’t get a response but I call and get Jessica on the phone and she takes care of me.

My guess is they’re still behind from the short holiday week last week.

We got a hold of him. This was tricky as his message said he'd prefer to be called in the late afternoon and with us being east coast... But all taken care of now. Appreciate the post and supportive words from others. We really aim to get everyone taken care of as quickly as possible, even after a long holiday weekend backs up the voicemails and emails! Thanks again everyone. Love the support and feedback.
