Steyr PRO X (Semi-Auto Bullpup)

Mmmm, while the receiver IS behind the trigger, it's really not much of a real bullpup..!

Looks pretty neat, I bet its loud as heck without a LDC. Too bad Steyr has no interest is promoting their products in the USA. They'd do so much better is they set up proper distribution stateside and stopped allowing Krale to undercut anyone trying to setup locally.

that kral looks better than the steyr I take it performance is yet to be seen 

I haven't ordered an air rifle yet here in the U.S. that has delivered as quickly and sometimes even cheaper than Krale. I've bought two air rifles from them and have saved many hundreds of dollars. Both times, 3 day delivery and $50 shipping. I've paid $70+ from AZ and more than a week at least twice. This isn't a "made in the USA" issue it is a "marked up in the USA".

Should say power levels on the Krale Shietzport website. It gives the stats for both guns. I have owned both versions. Didn't shoot them much though.

That's the thing, Krale's website shows 30fpe for both the standard and the scout.

Had this one for about 7 months and put 11000 pellets thru it with zero problems all my shooting friends say I’m cheating because it is so accurate! 80 shots per fill at full power and it is by far my favorite gun!

Dang Bully that is A LOT of pellets for 7 months. Is that the Scout? If so what type of power are you getting out of it? I would much rather spend my hard earned money on a quality semi rather than the Huben or the LCS, which do basically seem like the same gun with the same type of mechanism. But that Styer just oozes quality.

Old thread but I have worked on both of these semi auto airguns, too be honest there is absolutely no contest when it come to value for money. 


the Steyr is an easy winner, better made, more accurate, nicer to shoot, unlike the kral it has a trigger that isn’t made from wood, it doesn’t try to jump out your hand every time the trigger is pulled and although the Steyr’s stock is made the most boring grain wood ever grown, at least it doesn’t look worse the more you oil it.

This may sound harsh ( but not as harsh as the kral shoots) but the Karl is the worst PCP I have ever shot,

Edit, don’t expect to just pay $2700 for the Steyr, it will cost you more as you will very quickly discover that one magazine is not enough, nor is two or three or four. Then there is a cost of pellets, except to get through 1000 in an afternoon.....it’s soooooo much fun!

Edit 2, I forgot to mention, factor n the cost of a new case or bag for the Steyr too, the one supplied isn’t big enough to accommodate the supplied scope riser let alone a scope

sure if I can post this here but this dog was taken at 180 meters.... one shot to judge wind and next shot in the head .... I have thousands of acres with prairie dogs to shoot and me and a buddy go at least once a week!

and yes I bought 10 magazines since it’s shot count is so high. It is Not picky on pellets either but favors the H&N , the only problem I have with it is you are limited on pellets due to the length because of mag and the pellets can not protrude at all on either end.
