Steyr Hunting 5 Automatic Trigger Replacement

I found a much improved trigger for my Steyr Hunting 5 Automatic Scout. My biggest disappointment about the gun was the trigger; both the position and pull weight. The trigger was positioned too far back to my liking and there wasn’t enough adjustment forward to make it comfortable. I briefly considered getting a custom stock made to see if that would solve my problem, but had a revelation that saved me quite a bit of money. I replaced the trigger with the Anschutz Sensitive Trigger unit here:

The trigger is much more adjustable than the stock trigger. I’ve got it fine tuned to be as comfortable as any trigger I’ve used.

The trigger comes in black, green, and blue, The green and blue triggers would look awesome on some of the custom Gary Cane Stocks I’ve seen on these Steyr rifles.

The trigger can be purchased here:

I’m learning to live with the heavy trigger pull (about 1 pound). It is a hunting rifle after all and not a dedicated target shooting gun. It isn’t the guns fault that I shoot more targets than hunt rabbits or doves.
