Steyr air rifles

I have read else where that others have had good experiences with Krale. However I personally have sent 2 emails to them in the past month that have gone unanswered. I called there and inquired about a specific rifle. The gentleman who I spoke with said he would call me back or email me in answer to a couple questions I had regarding the rifle. That was 2 weeks ago and I am still waiting. I would and have had much better service and luck dealing with local people who will be there to answer and take care of any problems I have. Yes, I have to good fortune to live in Phoenix and have the opportunity to visit several local dealers and venues in person. There is a lot to be said for dealing with people and places closer to home than further away. There is good and not so good in pretty much any transaction you enter into. It comes down to personal preference and what risks any individual is willing to accept. In addition you will be hard pressed to find anyone here that deals with Steyr mostly due to their chosen methods for distribution and support. It is what it is. I have a Hunting 5 semi auto and love it.

I am Dutch and have been to Krale's store a few times and have also ordered online from them aswell. They messed up with my Theoben Rapid order and an order for Steyr parts as well; never again from Krale again. They do not know you anymore after you have ordered. Krale sells guns like your local sandwhich sells sandwitches, they are huge and have little to no time for the indiviual, especially when ordereing online. I also know of tons of other people that have had issues with Krale.

Try calling this guy instead: Welkom[/QUOTE]https://www.goedschot.nl/embed/ His site is only in Dutch, but if he does send to the USA, then he is the way to go on all things Steyr!

I have two Steyr guns, but both are 10 meter match. I am not sure if goedschot also sells high power models. But it is worth calling him
