Starting My "Collection"

So I don't know what it is about these air rifles, but I am hooked. Have never really been into guns as I couldn't use them without going to a range and all the restrictions etc. So I started doing the worst possible thing you can do, watching videos and reading forums... Based on that, here is what I have acquired in the last 2 weeks.. Stupid fun to shoot these in the back yard.

Sorry, just having fun and wanted to share.

Dude, you make me feel good. Well, not quite as guilty about my own addiction.

Those toys look awesome. Did you dress them yourself"

How do they perform?

Hey. Thanks man. I did dress them myself just to see how it would look. Pretty sure I over did it. Lol.

They perform very well. The Edgun Leshiy is a .22 that I bought brand new from BRIAN at edgunwesr. The other is a lightly used fix impact in .30 caliber. I have the STX 700 mm barrel as well as the 600 mm st it came with. The impact is honestly a little much for the back yard.

Yep. After watching Ted's Holdover years ago when he was shooting his EdGun, I was really amazed at how airguns had advanced compared to my old Benjamins', Sheridans', and RWS Diana M48. You went for the gusto. Good job! That's the way to do it.

Very nice! Even though the addiction spreads like a disease, that's a little harsh don't you think?

Going to stick with it being a hobby lol

Well, looking at the possibility of trading it for something more usable for me. I could return it I suppose, but I don't think thats fair to Brian as he spent a lot of time on the phone with me and I will want to go back to him someday for another EdGun. So I thought I would see what I could trade it for. The more I think about it though, the more i think I might keep it, just because it is very cool niche gun and built so well. Maybe I just need to get it in the woods and see what it will do.

The biggest reason though is that I want a repeater bullpub that I can easily shoot in the backyard and the .30 caliber Impact is just too much for mine. A nice little .22 like the Leshiy is perfect, but its a single loader and doesn't fit me perfectly for shooting.... I will get used to it if I keep at it I am sure.

Nice start.

Now you kinow there are airgun clubs ( dont let the word "club" throw ya off, casual eh?) in your area with some very nice folks there. I've shot with several of them, always happy to let you shoot what they have, great advice, DEALS - what are airgun friends for?- . Know your enjoying them at home but meeting some fellow airgunners always leads to yet more good times.

Thanks for sharing the pics.
