Starlings pesting#21 long ranges

Nice long range shooting and compensating for the wind Max. Having the table to shoot from makes it so much better for making hits. By the way I got the same style camo tarp as you have there. I put together a pvc pipe frame to make a hide but have not used it yet. Right now my priority is shooting groundhogs as they are doing a lot of soybean damage. Bill

Thanks Bill. IMO to shoot at any range longer than 50 yards without proper support is extremely difficult and low percentage for success. I use shooting sticks for up to 50 yards pesting shots, but would not attempt anything further as I could risk injuring the animals unnecessarily. So a table top is my prefer method for them long shots. The camo works great, it cuts down the sun and gives me cover as well. I have never shot any groundhogs nor seen one where I live. Maybe one day an opportunity might come up that I can come down South to shoot. lol.
