Squirrel hunt

Went out to one of my spots, this afternoon. Weather was perfect for Kern county 61° sunny no wind.

As soon as I stepped foot in the creek you could hear the warning chirps of the squirrels. I spotted a starling in a tree about 45yrds, got him in the hairs n sent one off, smack the HnN crow mag found it's mark, I knew I was zero.

As I was approaching the first bend , the chirping got louder n more distressed, I walked a few more feet n one squirrel darted across about 45yrds. I stopped n sat in the sand, it makes a good solid seat. A squirrel popped up, 20yrds, I put the hairs on him n sent one flying , whack n thud the crow mag caught him in the shoulder, he flipped a couple times n lay DRT. I saw about 5 more squirrels on the run, but lucky enough to get one. Hope to get out there again before the weather gets cold. Have fun, be safe, n keep pesting.
