Woo, that Maxima Thor is not a quiet gun, is it? ...or is it one of those that is quieter in person than the camera makes it sound?
But yeah, it dropped him in his tracks. It was a pretty lively one. Bet you had to wait and follow awhile before getting that shot.

Smaug, the gun is a lot quieter. I was shooting from inside my garage so the sound signature is a lot louder. The video camera was right next to me as well. I put a Weihrauch silencer on the end so it's actually quite backyard friendly for such a powerful rifle. There's a second squirrel still out there so I'll try and get that one over the next few days.
