Spotting Scope DEAL OF THE CENTURY

Any idea why you think the eta is more than month?

Thoughts? Just curious that's all...

I don't think anyone would be stupid enough to actually pay extra for the switch out? It cost more than the item itself.

If it's misrepresented there's Wal-Mart and Credit card refund as the recourse.

When someone is trying to get away from you, what do they want? a head start right? They are asking for a big head start

"Switch Out"? - NO ONE opted for that as it has ZERO to do with a spotting scope. Sometime scammer "clone" adds from different items, and forget to "remove" non relevant parts.......pssssst - it's just another CLUE that it's likely a SCAM

Sure, Walmart will stand behind it............................but will they help you out on getting your identity back? Doubtful

Curious to see a 62% if it's a scammer though.

The most recent string of the sellers feedback were 9/10 5 stars.

One from an older review even complained with a negative that seller sent item after order cancelled and received 2 of them.

WHY DIDN'T YOU TEXT ME BACK ABOUT THE CONCERNS LAST NIGHT?

It's Walmart. If it ain't what it says, they will have to replace or refund the item.

Actually it's not................. Sold & shipped byNEW MILLENNIUM TECHNOLOGY INC

Seems as though they have been a walmart.com seller since 2019. They only have 34 reviews, and yet list over a 1000 items. Odd thing though when I go to the list of their items for sale on walmart.com there is NO brand bushnell

And who would list a spotting scope in the below category?

Right that is like Amazon, but they are the middleman selling it on their site, so I think you are able to refund if you want. Heck though, it is only $40. I didn't get one, but I thought about it. I had Bushnell scopes in the past in the $120-500 range, and I didn't like them much. I like Japanese made though. I will take Japan over China 100% of the time... anything over China 100% of the time. Today I had an option between a cast iron pot from china for $16 or from the USA for $29...got the USA one.

I have Bushnell scopes.

I have Bausch & Lomb scopes.

I do not have a Bushnell Bausch & Lomb scope.

Sounds like something scrapped off of the stable floor.

Smells like it, too!

Actually, the way I understood it, Bushnell had a contract with B&L to market certain scopes........................back in the late 1990's. The Spotting scope is an actual item that was made at one time.

CNET had a review page on it, but no review is still listed

But I'm with you Frank, I think it's a SCAM. These guys who think it's about the $40 have apparently never heard of a phishing scam.

I grabbed one last night and yes I saw the 62% rating. They seemed to be all 5 star or 1 star which generally means you either get it or not. Most people never even look at the "other vendors" when they place Amazon orders but 62% is not infrequent at all. Amazon like Walmart's vendor point system is massively lower than Ebay. I think most of it has to do with the overwhelming amount of people posting feedback are negative. Half the people don't even look and think Walmart is delivering it. This is a calculated risk which I feel is worth the hassle. Big Brother Walmart has my back. I printed out everything.

I always check Amazon vendors. NEVER bought from any under 90%

Did you search the phone # listed for them?

Then you get reviews like this -

Average Rating:(1.0)out of 5 stars, based on34reviews

Really disappointed in this product the dresses sucked.

Switch/Outlet Replacement - $65.00

Can't wait to see everyone who has ordered posting their results.

Good

Clothing has by far has the absolute worst reviews of any product sold online globally in every country. Heck, for that matter more dress's are returned than just about any item on the planet to stores, online or anything. Do you really consider some unknown womans dress buying experience when buying name brand sporting goods? Assuming these exist... they would have to be something that was on a crashed train car, written off on an insurance claim then sat in a warehouse for years. Someone would have bought them in a huge batch of dusty orphaned crap.

Heck, I have blown $40 on a blackjack table or slot machine in a few minutes before with a heck of a lot worse odds. I have to put my foot in the circle and take a risk every once in awhile or I never get a super deal. I would be doomed to only "good" deals after a boatload of shopping. I am a cynic so I have to push myself once awhile.

I’m not a cyber security genius by any means. I ordered 2 of them by going on the Wal-Mart app, not the website. I didn’t pay the third party, I paid Wal-Mart direct....with a Wal-Mart gift card. I don’t see how I could have myself exposed to fraud. Please enlighten me as you seem to have a much deeper understanding than I do on how phishing scams work. And I’m not being sarcastic, I seriously would like to know if I did something to expose myself to fraud as there are more ways to scam someone nowadays than I can keep up with.
