I ordered a side-shot from Ken about a week ago. Like a dummy I didn't think to tell him that I only have compact UTG 4-16X44 with the side parallax wheel installed on them. Well to my suprise there isn't any room for the side shot mounting system. Of course I would have the one scope they don't fit... go figure. Anyway he ordered a 1" mount for my Bugbuster which is also a compact scope of slightly lower magnification and smaller lense diameter which also had to go back. Ken asked to see a picture of the scope to offer help but then realized that there wasn't any way possible either one would work with the side shot. He didn't hesitate to send me a return slip and out the door it went with no problems. Understand, this was my fault completly for not telling him in the very begining what scope i had planned to put the side shot on. Ken was very professional and didn't have to be. I will do buisness with him again only next time I will tell him what I'm doing before I waste his time.
