Sorting Pellets: Methodology?

I jumped into PCP airguns a couple months ago and have reached that point where I want to squeeze as much accuracy as possible out of my rifles. I've heard mention of sorting or culling pellets and want to give it a shot.
I know to pull out all damaged pellets first and have heard mention of sorting by weight.
Is there any other criteria to look for such as head diameter?
Can you recommend a decent scale?
Is a scale with 0.01 Gram fine enough resolution?
What do you do with your damaged pellets?
I appreciate the help.

You can check the head diameter with one of the Pellet Gauge units if you want to really get into it. https://pelletgage.com/products You can also do the Yrrah roll sorting as well. Once you have the washing the visual inspection done, the roll sorting, weighing and lubing are next. If your pellets are fairly clean like most of my JSB's are you may get by without the cleaning. I also only check the heads on the first twenty or thirty pellets and if they all are the same I don't bother with checking the rest cuz I don't shoot competitively.

I am using one of the Hornady scales cuz I got it for reloading and decided it was not good enough to do that so I use it to weigh pellets instead. Expect you can do better on the price.

I shoot my damaged pellets over the chrony and when I am just plinking. Which is not all that often as I mainly shoot the NSA slugs these days because they really don't need all of the attention I was once giving to the pellets as they shoot great right out of the package. I am usually shooting at 100 and 200 meters and the pellets usually don't do so well at those ranges in the wind.

Just using the Terry Robb Sizer set properly straight out of the tin 25 caliber JSB Kings 25.39gr at 75 yards. Not cherry picked.

This is Not weighed either. Gets even better when weighed.
