Sometimes Old Ain't So Bad

Single purpose .... Sports car truck sedan.

While these new models of "Do All" multi caliber guns have been introduced in recent years, have played with a few and just don't see the utility value being a TRULY set up and fully functional guns takes a bit of work to get right. If i wish to to shoot a .177, .20 .22 or .25 it is my feeling EACH should be specialized to the task at hand. Yup old school here too .... fear the man who shoots just one gun, or caliber gun. Not buying into the recent craze of do all air weapons.

Couldn't agree more. I recently picked one up and couldn't be more pleased. Had a wildcat, so my expectations weren't set to high. This one is a definite solid keeper. If I get clumsy and drop it, I know when I pick it up and brush it off, it's still going to hit where I aim.

I opened up the low and medium transfer ports. 13ft lbs on low and 22 on medium with cheap crosmans. Which shoot quite well for shorter range pesting. And 33 ft lbs on high with jsb 18's.

I recently tore it down and polished the barrel, hammer and spring. A big thanks to Glem for the vid! And shot a couple 5 shot groups at 40 yards. No record breakers, but really happy for a couple rolled up towels, hand under the rear of the gun and 5 mph gusts of wind. Not ten minutes ago, I was popping green apples of the tree@ 95 yards. I think this one will be with me for years to come.
