Some Recipes gleaned off our forum and one of my own

I got a small corn feeder out front the squirrels are hitting the acorns hard so I've been looking for some good recipes. My last attempt on squirrel was a total flop that even my dogs gave me an evil eye on.

I got me one of those Ninja Foodi that so far has made some great pulled pork, 

Deer Chili that was to die for (and make smoke come out of your ears... Note to self not so many peppers next time)

Chicken Tacos that gained me 10 pounds 

Steak House style baked Potatoes with the crispy skin that will flip your lid and give your cholesterol count the shaft

I have a wife who is very picky when it comes to game meat, 

For Deer and Hog, I like to bleed and cold cure my meat for at least a week in a cooler, I do this by icing the meat down and adding Ice cream salt to the top of the ice. I drain every day and add ice as needed to keep the meat completely covered. 

Another trick is to avoid cutting bone with a saw, this will cause a game taste instead cut the joints and debone. Most of the deer in my area is to small for bone-in meat cuts so I butterfly
