Shout out to Paul and his crew at CustomStocks for the CS500 walnut stock with adjustable recoil pad, whitewood pistol grip spacer, rosewood grip cap & oil finish. Stock was then shipped to Craig Petty (UK) for custom 4 panel 20 lpi skipline checkering. Craig does excellent work and was a pleasure to deal with; we decided the 3 point grip design would compliment the stock geometry well and feel nice in the hand.
This is an older 3 digit SN gun that has seen FT action 'back in the day'. It originally came to me in a CS800 walnut thumbhole stock.
I used 304 Stainless countersunk screws. Knocked down the shine by heating and dipping in midnight oil
. One piece Sportsmatch adj mount and a Bushnell Elite 4200 8-32X40 up top. V-Mach internals means it shoots as good as it looks.
