Some Leshiy Classic Love - Share Some Pics of Yours

While we all wait for the Leshiy 2 to get here, I thought it would be a good time to share some Leshiy Classic love.

I recently picked up a 250mm .25 barrel after getting a few tins of .25s when I made a purchase of used pellets. Up till now I'd been running 350mm barrels, but having recently received a STO moderator insert I wanted to bring things back down to compact. .25 is a very capable caliber (as I am coming to find) with a decent pellet selection of the H&N FTT 20gr and the JSB 25gr.

I may have to get me the classic original Leshiy too after seeing these. Keep it short for backpack gun. I have the Leshiy 2 coming in .22 x 350mm and a .30 barrel x 450mm Both with the Shopot forearm and moderator. I want to see how easy it will be to change barrels first. Did you all notice Ed changed the barrel to have a stop ring on the breech end. Now the barrel will only go in and come out the breech side. And hopefully the stop ring is a positive index for the breech speeding up the process. I hope they get here soon.

That's need. Tell us more about the adjustable stock and how you mounted it.

The stock is a Chinese copy of the Strike industries Stock. If you look up Strike Industries you will find it. The Chinese copy is available on Ali express. Installing it was a pain. Had to remove the magnet band to be able to put the stock on. The magnet band is not stuck to the tank. There is an oring inside which keeps the band on tight. Had to give it to someone who made a circular bracket and knocked the magnet band off with a rubber mallet. Basically keep nudging the magnet band till it comes off the other end of the tank. Only then was the stock able to fit. Pain to remove but well worth it. It shoulders much better now. Also got a hole drilled in the stock so I can fill air easily without having to remove the stock . The magazine is a pellet holder made in Russia. I had the Huma one also. But this design is far far better. It mounts right next to the breach and you can take one pellet at a time and load directly into the barrel end. Look up a guy called Pechto on Insta.
