Some late night springer plinking

Joe, I think my issue was actually me looking over my glasses and back and forth that was making it appear to be parallax. I also believe it was also due to too many barley sodas!!

I shot last night and had no issues.

Well, I ordered 8 tins of the JSB 10.34 because they shoot amazing out of this gun. I hope all 8 tins are as good as the other tin?


Here is 10 shots at 30 yards with a 12mph head wind(out of the west) with minor shifts to the south. At a mere sub 6fpe, I am happy!!

Tonight I shot a couple hundred pellets testing different trigger pulls and holds. I shot a few different pellets but mainly the 10.34gr jsb. The gun definitely shoots best free recoil with a super smooth trigger pull. Any trigger punching and shots tend to go low to low left. The below picture was 4, 5 shot groups at 10 meters. Starting at bull 66 and going clockwise ending at bull 75. After bull 86 I made a slight scope adjustment hoping to match poi with poa. I got pretty close at bull 75. I made another very slight scope adjustment then shot 20 shots at bull 76. Not going to win the Olympics, but still happy for my late night plinking session. LOL!!



As much fun as I have been having with the FWB, I really wish there was a good BR club nearby!! I can't justify spending the money just to punch paper at home, but a really good scope and a solid one piece rest or good front rest and rear bag and this gun would be even better!!
