Hi guys, just wanted to give a shout out for Snow Peak air rifles customer service! If any of you have had any dealings with Julie, their customer service agent, you'll know what I'm talking about. I've bought quite a few parts from them through her, and being the somewhat befuddled guy I am, always changing my mind and adding to my order, I figured she deserves a medal for putting up with me, lol!
Anyone else here had a great experience ordering from them, or getting warranty? I've found both experiences great. I was easily able to get warranty on a defective magazine, sent free of charge, and parts are super cheap as well.
