SMWE Engineering VS Rowan AA Single Shot Adapters

I purchased both of them for my AA .22 and .177 rifles. Each of them have advantages over the other.

The SMWE molded tray allows one to load any virtually any pellet, regardless of length. This is an issue with the standard clip and/or the Rowan single shot adapter. For example, the Polymag plastic tipped Predator will not work with the standard clip or the Rowan flip-out adapter. Using the SMWE takes a little bit of getting used to in order to get the pellet into position, but otherwise works fine.

The Rowan adapter, with "standard" length pellets like JSB 18.13 work perfect in the Rowan adapter and it is much easier and more quickly loaded. It appears to be of high quality and I believe the spring post assembly that sometimes gets distorted when using the standard issue magazine will last indefinitely as there is virtually no torque on it.

So, in the end, both have their place in my air gun arsenal.
