I just wanted to comment here that Sean has been extremely understanding through an issue we had that was no fault of either of us - UPS mishandled the package and damaged the item.
Sean went above and beyond what most people would probably have done (just send the item back) - instead he fixed it himself and we agreed on a reduced price to cover his time and materials. He even offered to pay me back half if the UPS claim didn’t work out. Thankfully, UPS paid in the end and all worked out fine but I am super appreciative of how Sean handled the whole ordeal. It could have gone much worse. A+++++
