Slugs for AAFTA matches?

Up until now it was “any design of pellet” game.
It won’t make any competitive difference as no one has found a “slug shape” that works better than other shapes at the low fpe and short distances in regular FT.
If too high of a BC is seen as a problem for either safety or fairness, then eventually, there could be a need to be even more specific as to what exact shape is allowed. As I could envision some non-slug shape that also exceeds the BC of what is currently available for FT.

I got a lot of chuckles from this thread. I'll stir the pot. If power were limited in all classes to 12 fpe the slug discussion would go away LOL. Seriously though, with decent pellets available most of the time to the public at large, IMO more time practicing would payoff better than the effort spent trying to bridge skill gaps with ammo.
