slugs and accuracy , factors of weights ,twist and shockwaves . and suspressors

Hi I have been testing slugs in .22 , .25 ,.30 and I am finding in all calibers when I go heavy , My groups seem to open up .I know in faster shooting hi powered rifles to shoot heavier bullets you need a faster twist rate and actually a lower charge of gun powder

I am wondering if twist rate comes into play and wondering if any one is having success with slugs which are heavier such as .If I go lighter accuracy is great , can anyone let me know if anyone is shooting these weights or bigger accurately please share what you using also I do have 2 guns which shoot slugs well in , so other then huben or air-force please , please share guns groups and ammo

22 cal 40gr +

.25cal 48gr+

.30 cal 60gr+

So I am trying to figure out is it twist or harmonics , or aerodynamics , I watched the clips on bullet flight here and as amazed watching when it compared a .300 blackout with subsonic ammo and then same gun with supersonic ammo , meaning bullet weight and charges were difference , you would think the faster bullet has more shock waves but no the slower heavier subsonic is battling the air more and is harder to stabilize check out both of these , also look at how a suppressor actually works
