Slowwww warranty part from fxusa.

I bought my MK2 in June and when i got it, took all my windage to get it zeroed. Was 3 inches off at 10m. Let my retailer know and he responded quickly i took a video of the outer sleeve being tweaked. And sent it in, luckily i had another that i used on the Boss (thanks again Chuck) to at least get to use the gun.

I was told end of August fxusa has a part for me, and would be sent to my retailer on the next order. Order comes and my part isnt there. Maybe fell out of the box, who knows. Travis has been trying so i don't have any grief for him. But i heard that they were going to send another out later that week. Doesn't happen, next week no doesn't happen either. Travis has to re-order weeks later. Its been 2 months since i was told its essentially "on the way"

Im beyond annoyed get this shipped today!

Since June i havent said squat about this on the forum but enough is enough. Fx start respecting customers or they'll move on.

Ive spent 1/6th of my warranty waiting for a part. I'm sure you have 700mm barrel sleeves there package it and put it in the mail, simple.

Glem I feel you brother 👊.on the 15 of this month it will be 4 months that I paid 278$ for mk ll parts.dont need any of them my gun works.but still !!!. I am not mad just want to see how long it will go they tell me iam on a list.must be a lot of people on that list.. lol 😂.

You should get a refund, buy a slug liner and have lots left over for ammo. You already got a bigger plenum so the MKII parts won't make any difference.

NSA has some great deals on slugs now that they have a machine to make them fast.

Yes, i emailed before i started this thread. No response. Part was supposed to be shipped out 2 months ago. Wasn't in box when recieved by my dealer. Was told they'd send it out that week didnt happen. Next week didnt happen. My dealer had to reorder it again last week. Still hasn't shipped.

I've been VERY patient and polite in waiting for this part since June. I like people and companies to do something when they say they're going to. Maybe im expecting too much.

Been waiting since June? Yeah I think you have every right to post about this. Funny how FX USA responded really fast to the thread about the hammer safety screw still being installed on the guys gun but notta thing on your thread yet.

I've been very close in the past to buying an FX be it a Royale, Bobcat or DreamTac Compact all in .22 but all these threads with FX USA being hard to get a hold of or taking forever to ship out parts under warranty or not I just can't do it in case they would have issues down the road.

Your patience is admirable. I think the manufacturer and the vendors bank on the civility and patience of customers such as you. I cannot think of another industry where customers pay thousands of dollars for goods that they have no access to for months at time, simply because the item purchased had some flaw or deficiency.

I hope you get this issue resolved soon and to your satisfaction. Regardless, based on my own -- multiple -- negative experiences with FX airguns, my attachment to their product is over and done with.

For those who warned me, go ahead and say it: "I told you so."

Have a look. I didnt say i want a new gun, didnt say i want a whole new barrel assembly. All i wanted/want is the sleeve, ill swap the parts over myself.

They should send you a barrel assembly and you ship the bent one back in the same container when you receive it. This is terrible service from FX USA and absolutely asinine to ignore you and not give updates.

If you want you can have the tube straightened by anyone with a lathe. It's a 10 minute job max but FX should step up.

Hey Everyone,

Travis from Airgun Source Canada. We are the distributors for FX in Canada and also provide the warranty work.
Apologies to Glem on the delay for the barrel housing - We constantly experience issues importing airguns and parts into the country due to our laws. We often reach out to FX USA to speed up the process as they carry nearly every part on hand and are quick to help us out. Unfortunately on one of our parts shipments the box was damaged and barrel housing was missing. A new shipment of barrels from Sweden was also refused by customs, creating the delay.
I reached out to Glem today and hopefully everything is sorted.

Thank you,

Travis
