Add a weight to the front. Get some weight in the front of your barrel. Workout. Otherwise you will have to reconcile with something like this:

Hasty sling for forced standing. Yes. You want the weight of the rifle between your shoulder and your forward hand. You'll want that sling nice and tight if you intend to get additional stability out of it. Properly adjusted you will find it makes a very significant difference in all unsupported shooting positions.
