Anybody have a good resource on how to do this? I’m assuming it’s not as easy as a wood stock install!

I did mine with a Caldwell pic rail adapter plate. No real problems that I ran into other than it was a very snug fit. Sorry no how-to resources that I know of off hand in video or print to guide you. Wish I knew of something specific to recommend.

You're going to have to remove action from stock.
Make sure stud won't go through & touch air reservoir or anything else.
If this is for a sling, just have it centered & when you screw it in use clear or black epoxy on the threads only. Don't want it coming out.
If it's for a bipod you might want to check placement so you're as steady as possible. Usually forward of center.
If uncomfortable doing anything take to a gunsmith.
