Can anyone chime in on this rest? Seems to be at the lower end of the upper end rests. I want to upgrade from my Eagle rest, but don't want to pay 1k+ for a rest. Any feedback would be appreciated.

Honestly you'll be very happy with a SEB NEO, yes it's a $1000 rest and you'll wait 4-6 months for one. If you ever wanted to sell it, the only problem you'll have is too many people wanting it. Send Ernie an email (https://sebrests-usa.com/)

I looked and the rest has been sold. Thanks for the heads up though. Strever, I looked at the greenlawnmachining and the rests look solid, well built. I'll call them and check it out. Thanks guys.

When you worked on your Bald Eagle rest, were you able to get the sticking and jumpiness out of the windage adjustment? If so, how? I keep spraying silicone on it and it works for about to cards and then it's back to being sticky.

First thing that has to be done is get rid of the cable drive, relocate the knob directly to the tray, after total disassemble and thrown in parts washer.

Looks like some machining equipment would be need to do that. The know looks to be permanently clamped onto the cable. I would love to have the knob directly on the tray. But how to do?

There isn't much to removing the cable and installing a carb screw. Below is a link to an easy how to ....

i HAVE A SINCLAIR FRONT REST I WILL SELL YOU MAKE ME AN OFFER . I JUST ORDERED A 1000LP FROM WALLY. I AM IN AZ AN MY SINCLAIR IS IN PERFECT SHAPE HAVE ONLY USED IT VERY LITTLE.THE REASON I WENT TO A ONE PC IS I AM VERY VERY IMPATIENT AND FAST SHOOTER WITH FRONT SINCLAIR AND REAR BAG I FOUND MYSELF DOING MOST OF ADJUSTING WITH REAR BAG. MY THEORY IS IF THE GUN IS BOUND FRONT AND REAR TO ONE REST I WILL HAVE TO USE FRONT ADJUSTMENTS AND WILL PAY ATTENTION TO WIND FLAGS ETC AND SLOW MY BUTT DOWN.

Thanks for the modification idea Salticon and thanks for the link Crutcherro1. I got the threaded rod at McMasater-Carr. Just installed it and, the Bald Eagle is soooooo much better now. I think it's good enough that, for now, I'll hold off on getting a higer end rest.

Are you using the cast iron or aluminum eagle, thinking of ordering one myself. $165 is a pretty decent price.

I'm using the cast iron version. It's heavier. I think all the bases are triangular, no? Definitely a great rest for the money.
