Simple Target Stand

WE need more examples of simple stands and shooting things,

Nice, Goodtogo! I dig people who DIY I was just thinking you could wind-proof the targets with another tube running underneath them horizontally and add more clips.

Looks nice, but the one I use is even MUCH simpler than that. I get an aluminum rod at the hardware store (1/4 or 3/8) and bend it into an "L" shape (using a vice). I then sharpen the long end and push it into the ground. I clip (large binder clips) a piece of cardboard to the rod on the top and side and attach a target to the cardboard. I keep it on the floor of the back seat of my SUV so I always have it with me.

I may have to make one of your fancy ones for my back yard.

I can get simpler than that. Buy a package of the wooden sticks from your grocery store used for skewers/kabobs and tape them to the back of your target. Stick the skewers bottom into the ground and shoot away. Once that target is full of holes, tape another target over it and reuse the same two sticks.

Pretty much the same as above. Just change the cardboard after a while. Have fun, Scott

Looks great! But nowing myself, went bored at shooting targets, om gonna shoot the pvc to check if the bullet passed trough...
