Do you shoot at multiple distances? If you do, you will need to learn the hold over/under points. I have a friend with the same scope, but his reticle is mil graduated so he can easily line up his shots. The scope's glass can look cloudy, but when you use the sunshade, the cloudyness goes away. It a nice scope for the money.

The Duplex is a deal breaker for me. Lots of holdover with an airgun so mil dots or hash marks are required for my use. Of course if you are going to dial for elevation every single time that would change things.

I went ahead and bought it. I do not shoot at extended ranges so hold over is not much of an issue and the cost delivered was only $284 not $294 so I thought it worth a chance and bought it. I can return it. I have had three or four delivered lately that were FFP, this is SFP. The FFP scopes were hard to see the crosshairs against a gray squirrel in the shade. That is all the gun is for, squirrel control at ranges up to 30 yards. Thanx to all who posted.

It's hard to beat the SFP at closer ranges as the reticle is thick enough to see. Unlike the FFP reticle that usually all but dissapears on you.

I did not get the MOA version as I rea on line that the cross hairs were not suitable of particulularly good for my usage which is gray squirrels against a dark background. I do not shoot at ranges greater than 30 yards or so so no reason for range hold over. I am an old guy that had scopes when there was no such thing as mil rad so duplex is normal for me.

I have two of these in the MOA version, great scope! I disagree regarding the MOA reticle for hunting, I've had no problem at all. Depending on your eyesight, I suppose under very low light conditions it could be an issue, as it is not illuminated.

Ordered on December 28 and received on December 30 with no shipping charge. Two day shipping for free and not Amazon Prime is a fair price. Scope looks great, glass is clear and I can see the cross hairs on the duplex reticle even against a tree with gray bark and the sun is behind clouds. Focus is clear from a few yards (less than 10) to a 100 or more. Power change is smooth and tight but not too tight. Looks like a keeper............ finally. I wish it had illumination but I knew it did not when I bought it so that is not a defect. No mil rads but my longest shot will be no more than 40 and likely no more than 30 yards.
