I have six Sightron scopes, obviously have had good experience with them. I have an S-TAC 4-20X that I bought second hand. It has always had a focus problem. I would set the focus, go to the trigger, and the target is blurry, re-focus, go back to the trigger, and it's out again, frustrating. The Sightron corporate office is about 20 minutes away, so I took it by there this morning, told them the problem, left it, and they said they would be in touch. I've heard that before, so I left with a little doubt. About 3 hours later I got a call from their representative. He said my scope had at least one bad lens, so they would just replace it, want to pick it up, or should they ship it? Since they are going to replace it, I asked if they had one with the MOA reticle, which I prefer. He said yes, and would be glad to give me that one. There was never any question in the process about anything, they were simply focused on doing what is right for the customer. Since they are in my neighborhood, I am especially glad to report that this is a company that understands how to treat customers. I will continue to review their products when I need a scope.
