SIG ASP 20 is a real winner

I agree. I love my asp20. Just wondered if I should have purchased it in .22.

Its been dead on accurate for me, but i think I'm getting "just" 20 FPE with that pellet you have there. I'd have to recheck my chrony results.

I love shooting that gun. I've stopped counting, but I'm sure I'm over 6,000 rounds into that gun.

Shoot it in good health...and, oh ya, nice groups!

You could always get another one !!

Lol. See above. I DOUBT I'll ever own a rifle in 2 calibers.

I wanted a different caliber if I purchased another airgun. That's why I got the RWS 34 in .177 cal.

That was my thinking. I had a Diana 48 sidelever, and hw9 both in .22. Thats why i got the asp in .177.

Do you use the heavy JSB's in yours ? What kind of velocity are you getting?

I've been shooting the hades .22 in mine, and it really likes those. Likes them just as much as the regular 16 gr JSB.

I keep struggling with mine though, it likes to be held closer to the trigger guard that I like to do, but when I hold it right, its very very accurate.

And like someone else said, 23fpe with a very low relative cocking effort is very very nice.

Personally I think Sig did a great job on this gun!

I hold mine right at the balance point which is just before the stocks cocking slot. I've tried both resting the forearm on my hand and directly on the front bag for equal results. I'd agree ! For Sigs first venture into the world of magnum springer's they did a great job.
